Our Services
Technical Support & Consultation
Our team consists of all rounded and well-versed engineering experts with at least an average experience of 15 years. They more than capable of providing the necessary support and advice to effectively and efficiently resolve the issues that may arise during your daily operations. We are constantly on standby (within 1 hour notice) should the company require us to go down to the site itself for technical support and consultations. In addition, we are also currently partnered with various accredited companies that can provide additional services in other specialised areas such as certified analysis, professional engineering drafting, designs and quality consultation if necessary.
Debugging of Parts & Components
Etto Innovation also possess the necessary knowledge that allows us to help clients debug the components and parts when they are delivered. We understand the significance and value of time in production operations and aim to better smoothen the process using our expertise. This service also reduces manpower costs required to train another individual by filling the necessary role. Through this we hope to add value and maintain a trustworthy relationship with our clients by ensuring consistency, transparency, and professionalism in every aspect of our business.
Urgent Onsite Reworks and Restorations
Damaged and Defective components are common issues faced by most of our clients which causes delays to operations. Within an hour’s notice, we are able to send down our team of experts to help perform the respective onsite reworks and restoration for these components without damage to the components. Etto Innovation takes pride in the ability to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions that can help to smoothen our client’s daily operations. We aim to help our clients maintain a higher level of service to their customers by quickly rectifying the issues that arises.
